The complete first draft of your agreed website pages, ready to review in a private preview. The 5 working days start on your confirmed start date, after we have checked your complete brief and required materials. Publication follows feedback, approval and full payment. The optional shoot has a separate schedule, explained below.

Yes, with suitable materials you have the rights to use. We can link to your booking platform or use a simple supported integration. An event enquiry form does not itself confirm availability or a reservation.

You have 7 calendar days from receiving the first website draft to decide. If it’s not for you, tell us in writing or press the button on your order page, and we refund your website deposit in full within 14 days. The guarantee covers the website only, not the shoot or Express. A shoot that has already taken place isn’t refunded: its balance is still due, and once it’s paid you keep the film and photos to use as the Website Terms describe. One that hasn’t taken place yet can be cancelled under its own terms.

No care subscription is required. Your website needs hosting and a domain; domain registration and renewal are separate. Thirty days of care from publication are included. After that, you may arrange your own hosting or choose optional care at £49/month: standard hosting, site and form monitoring, backups and restore, and thirty minutes of small changes per month without carryover. We reply within two working days. Larger changes and paid external services are extra.

After full payment we hand over the code and materials included in your order, subject to third-party licences. Your domain stays in your account. Ownership does not depend on taking the care plan.

We review the setup and plan the changeover, including email and domain records and appropriate redirects. Large migrations and complex integrations need a separate quote. Scope is confirmed before work begins.

Custom booking systems, online shops, additional languages, complex integrations, large migrations and ongoing SEO are outside the package. Extra pages and features require an agreed quote. Fixing a fault in our agreed work does not use a revision round.

Express costs £350 and means the first website draft within 24 hours of a confirmed start with a complete brief and materials. It is charged separately, only after we have checked your brief and confirmed availability. If we miss the 24 hours for a reason within our control, we refund the Express fee in full. Express does not speed up the shoot, editing, revisions or publication.

No booking numbers or search rankings are guaranteed. We deliver the agreed website and functionality; results also depend on demand, traffic, your offer and handling enquiries.

The Vlogi Ltd is not currently VAT registered. No VAT has been added to the stated prices.

For an additional £1,250: up to four hours on site in Greater London including setup and pack-down, a 45–60 second website film, one 15–30 second vertical edit and ten edited photos. Raw files, drone/FPV, models, styling, extra operators and extra days are excluded.

We agree the shoot date through our booking calendar; a date is booked only when it appears there. The shoot must take place within 90 days of your deposit. The first edit of the film, the vertical edit and the photos is delivered within 10 working days of the shoot.

You get two revision rounds on the film and two on the vertical edit; photos are reviewed together with the film. Each round is one consolidated set of feedback sent within 5 working days of receiving an edit. If we receive no feedback within that time, that edit counts as approved. Extra rounds cost £150 each.

After the order is paid in full, you may use the film, vertical edit and photos on your website and organic (unpaid) social media with no time limit. Paid advertising needs paid media rights, quoted separately; music is cleared for website and organic social use only. We retain the copyright and camera originals.

You may move the shoot once free of charge with at least 2 working days' notice. A later or further change costs £150. If you cancel at least 7 days before the shoot, we refund the shoot part of your deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days before, do not attend, or the venue is not ready, the shoot part of your deposit is not refundable. If we have to cancel, we offer a new date or refund everything you paid for the shoot.
