What we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, email address and project details submitted via our contact form, project estimator or email.
• Usage analytics — anonymous page-view and interaction data via Google Analytics 4, used to improve the site.
• Business records — if you are a client or supplier, we process the information needed for contracts, invoicing and accounting (kept in QuickBooks Online and our CRM).

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes you have requested.
• To deliver contracted video production services, invoice for them and keep statutory accounting records.
• To improve our website and marketing.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers that run our business (e.g. Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online, Notion) under their own security terms, or where the law requires it.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept while relevant to a potential or ongoing engagement. Accounting records are kept for six years as required by UK law.
