Event & conference video production in London that keeps working after the event

An event lasts a day. The film is what everyone who wasn’t in the room sees for months afterwards — on your website, in post-event marketing and in the invitation for the next one. That is what we film: Prospectbase’s AI conference, the Hard Rock London Eurovision Pre-Party 2022, a marketing event at The Royal Horseguards Hotel and Mystery Jets live in London.

What an event film needs to do

Show what people missed. The room filling up, the speaker who got the biggest reaction, the conversations between sessions, the crowd when the band comes on. A highlight film is built from those moments, not from a record of who spoke when.

Keep working after the day. The film goes on your website, into post-event marketing and into the invitation for the next edition, and vertical cuts go out on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn while people are still talking about it. For corporate event filming, the same footage serves internal communications too.

Stay out of the way. One event videographer, moving quietly through the room. The schedule, the moments that must not be missed and any no-film areas are agreed with you before the day. Event filming is part of our hospitality video production in London — the same crew films the hotels, restaurants and venues that host events.

Conference videography in London

A conference usually needs two different things, priced differently. A highlight film sells the next edition: the speakers, the audience and the energy of the day — like our conference highlight film for Prospectbase.

A recording of the talks keeps the content itself: full presentations and panels, clean speaker audio, more than one camera where the stage needs it. It is quoted from your agenda, because the number of rooms, sessions and microphones decides the crew.

Filming at a hotel or venue in London?

Most events happen in someone else’s building, so the venue is part of the plan. We have filmed a marketing event at The Royal Horseguards Hotel in Whitehall, the Hard Rock London Eurovision Pre-Party 2022 and the meetings and events space at art’otel London Hoxton. Tell us the venue when you enquire: access, set-up time and any no-film areas are agreed with you and the venue team before the day.

Running the venue yourself? A film that sells your event spaces is a different job — see hotel video production in London.

Event filming FAQ

How much does event video production cost in London?

A day of filming is £950 (up to 8 hours on site); the complete camera files for your own editor add £250. An edited Event Highlight — one film of around 60–90 seconds — is £1,150, and a full day with one highlight film is £1,450. The Event Content Suite adds two vertical social edits to the half-day highlight for £1,600; a story-led launch film with three social videos is £2,650. Recording full talks or the whole programme is quoted from your agenda.

Can you record the full talks and panels at a conference?

Yes — full presentations and panels with professional speaker audio, and more than one camera where the stage needs it. The number of rooms, sessions and microphones decides the crew, so it is quoted from your agenda rather than a fixed package. When five or more radio microphones are live at once, we plan dedicated sound or confirm the venue’s audio setup before the quote is final.

How fast can we have the film?

The first client-ready edit arrives within 10 working days. To post while people are still talking about the event, choose Priority (5 working days), Fast (48 hours) or Super-fast (24 hours after filming ends) — they add 20%, 40% or 60% of the editing cost. Two revision rounds are included.

Can you just film and hand over the footage?

Yes. A day of filming is £950 (up to 8 hours on site). The complete camera files add £250 per filming day — every original file as recorded, with no selection, colour correction or sync.

Do you film events outside London?

Yes — our events portfolio includes Butlin’s Skegness. Within Greater London, standard travel is included. Elsewhere in the UK, travel and any accommodation are confirmed once the location and schedule are known; outside the UK they are quoted separately.

Make the event pay twice — once on the day, then for months as proof and promotion.
