How to Brief Your Video Production Team (And Actually Get What You Paid For)
Most venues commission a video with a clear vision in their head — and walk away with something that missed the mark. Here's how to make sure it doesn't.

How One "WTF Shot" Got Me a Client for Years
Most hospitality videos look the same. This is about the one shot that made a client stop scrolling — and keep working with me for years.

FAQ
What venues ask before they book.
How much does hotel video production cost in London?
Every venue and brief is different, so there are no one-size-fits-all packages. Tell us what you need on a complimentary 20-minute strategy call and you'll get a fixed quote — no hidden costs, no surprises.
How long does a venue video shoot take?
Most shoots take one or two days on location. Shot list, locations and schedule are confirmed before we arrive, so shoot day runs without friction for your team or your guests.
How quickly will we get the final films?
Two to three weeks from shoot to delivery. First cut, up to two rounds of feedback, then final files optimised for web, social and broadcast. Express delivery is available for time-sensitive projects — ask about this when you book.
What types of venues do you film?
Hotels and spas, restaurants and bars, and event spaces — from boutique properties to brands like Hard Rock and art'otel London Hoxton. For clients who want something beyond the standard brand video, we also produce more ambitious, story-driven films. You can see those in Originals.

Do we get social media content as well as the main film?
Yes. Short-form vertical content for Instagram and TikTok is shot in the same session as your hero film, so one day on location feeds your channels for weeks.
Do you film outside London?
Yes — and we travel further than most. The studio is based in London and we work across the whole of the UK. For the right project, we'll fly wherever the venue is. If you're outside London, just get in touch.
Not sure what content
your venue actually needs?
Book a complimentary 20-minute content strategy call. We'll look at your current content, your goals, and what type of video would make the biggest difference. No pressure — you'll leave with a clearer direction either way.
No hard sell. No pressure. Just a clear direction for your next piece of content.
