How much does hotel video production actually cost in London?

Most studios make you book a call to hear a number. We publish ours. Below is what London hotels, restaurants and venues really pay in 2026 — and what moves the price up or down.

Focused starter shoot

£900 – £1,500

One location, one deliverable. A tight social film or a single-space feature — shot and edited to sell, not just to show.

Hero film for your homepage

£1,500 – £2,800

The film that carries your first impression: one production day, cinematic edit, cut to make guests want to book before they scroll further.

Premium hospitality package

£2,800 – £5,000

Hero film plus a social content pack (Reels, cutdowns, stills) from the same production — one shoot, a month of content.

Shoot-only (your team edits)

from £950

Half-day on site, interview setup with lighting and audio, b-roll — full raw footage handed over within 24 hours.

Monthly content partnership

from £1,250/mo

A filming day every month, 4–6 Reels cut for Instagram, posting-ready captions. Content that compounds instead of one-off.

What moves the price

Filming time. A half day covers one space done properly; a full day covers a property. Every extra day adds crew time, but also multiplies deliverables from the same setup cost.

Deliverables. One hero film is the base. Social cutdowns, a Reels package or photography added to the same shoot cost far less than booking them separately — the crew is already in the building.

Finish. A clean edit and a premium cinematic grade with motion design are different products. The first shows your venue; the second sells the feeling of being there.

Why we publish prices

Hospitality marketing managers tell us the same thing: every studio says “it depends”, then books a call. It does depend — but the ranges are knowable, and you deserve them before you spend an hour on the phone. If the number works, the conversation that follows is about the film, not the budget.

Want a number for your exact project? The estimator takes 60 seconds and shows your range instantly — no call, no back-and-forth.

Pricing FAQ

How much does hotel video production cost in London?

For most London hotels, a professionally produced hero film costs between £1,500 and £2,800. A focused starter shoot (one location, one deliverable) starts around £900–£1,500, while premium packages combining a hero film with social content run £2,800–£5,000. Ongoing monthly content partnerships start from £1,250/month.

What does a shoot-only day cost?

If your team edits in-house, a half-day shoot with full raw footage handover starts at £950 — including interview setup with lighting and audio, plus b-roll around your property. Footage is delivered within 24 hours via transfer link.

What affects the price most?

Three things: filming time (half day vs multiple days), deliverables (one film vs film plus social cutdowns, Reels or photography), and the level of finish (clean edit vs premium cinematic grade with motion design). Location count and licensed music are the most common extras.

Do you charge for travel within London?

No. Travel inside Greater London is included in every quote. Shoots outside London are quoted individually with transparent travel costs.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes — the same one we give every hotel: if the finished film isn't better than what's on your homepage today, you don't pay.

If the film doesn’t beat your homepage — you don’t pay.
